That's very nice of her. Expensive water though, dang.Ace6301I agree, it is expensive. Municipalities usually add in charges other than water used, such as sewer charges and storm drain charges.

If it's one of those "utilities included in the rent", it really isn't.
I am surprised that they are actually allowed the shut the water off. I think we have a law here that does not allow the water to be shutoff for nonpayment as it is kind of required for life. Same with electricity and people with life support equipment that run on electricity. Nevertheless, she is relatively generous.FragStainsIt's Capitalism.
