wtf didn't they send that guy to the sea or sumthing? (just kidding obviously)
This is stupid, incredibly stupid, I wonder who made this decision in the first place (I'm not reading the article).
Good luck finding something that's not even there.MushroomWigI would imagine that's the whole point of it (to try and prove that Osama was not really killed)
Hasn't it been a month already? What percentage of his body would not be inside fish bellies by now?
First they threw it in the sea and now they are recovering it?
okay, they lost me there
Postal_Guy
"They" aren't recovering it. It's just some guy from the U.S., not someone acting on behalf of the U.S. Navy.
I think this is a private company looking for the body, not the U.S. government.[QUOTE="Postal_Guy"]

they should send link to help search for osama bodyI know one of the reasons is that by burying him out at sea, it prevents people from making the burial spot an official shrine for people to go to and worship. Can someone explain why they burried him at sea in the first place? was it just out of malice?

You guys stop with the bin laden hatred he's my child. All rights reserved to laden.night-dreamers
I think you spanked your child too many times while he was growing up. Or maybe you didn't spank him enough? I'm confused on how that works. I just know you didn't spank him the correct number of times.

I couldn't spank him, there's a sign of "Don't spank" on his *ss. I'm not lying his *ss hole is the circle that surrounds it.Because no country would take his body to be buried on their land, and if they turned it over to a hostile country his burial site would have been a shrine for extremists. They didn't want his death to have a rallying effect on his supporters. Can someone explain why they burried him at sea in the first place? was it just out of malice?

Ugh. There is no conceivable way this guy is ever going to find anything. And then because of that, the tin-foil hat nuts will all go on about how the body wasn't really there. :(Tylendalyup, exactly what i was thinking
(Insert obligatory Sponge Bob picture with "Good luck with that" caption here)nocoolnamejim
Here yah go.
But seriously, to the diver, good luck with that.
The Navy wraps a body in heavy canvas and weighted with a naval artillery shell so the body will sink to the ocean floor. Whether sea life eats a body is unknown (at least to me), but entirely possible. Still, it is like finding a needle in a haystack.

They should have buried him on top of Mt Everest
Hehe, that would be rude :lol:lol well they could build a shrine up there and worship him all they want. Its a tad nippy but they'll get used to it :P
I doubt they would do that because they might get shot for worshipping  And, I also doubt many would climb that high just to worship :PPlease Log In to post.
