US is Corrupt (This is NOT a Conspiracy)

This not a conspiracy video, its taken from the daily show (do not dismiss me yet). I was shocked to hear that General Shelton (a retired US General in the Clinton Administration) was WILLING to have one of his soldiers get shot down to start a war with Iraq. This is really just disgusting and it definitely shows how extreme people can get to start a war.

Corruption exists everywhere. It's just a factor of how major and vicious it is.

Regardless of the article in the OP, I think pretty much everyone knows the US is corrupt in one way or another. The same can be said for many other countries.

Everybody in power is corrupt to a degree. The U.S. just seems the worst because they have the most power and everybody is always scrutinizing the U.S.

That isn't true at all...General Shelton was in a special forces unit during Vietnam. He was the one who refused to allow a pilot to be shot down.

The video DOESN'T say that General Chilton was willing to do that. He said someone suggested it and he was only willing to do it if the person who suggested it could be certified to fly the aircraft.
