I've heard a lot of people trying to debate whether vampires are real or not. Here's the answer: YES AND NO. Yes, because there are people in the world who actually suffer from sunlight and need to drink human blood. However, they are not like the ones you see in Twilight or other vampire movies. I forget what it's called, but there is a thing that can cause your body to have vampire-like traits. However, you won't burn in the sunlight or turn into a bat. I recently saw a documentary that showed a man who was told that he needed donor blood to stay healthy. His doctors have all said that there is some type of medical problem with him that requires him to drink blood and avoid the sunlight. He doesn't die by standing in the sunlight, but he is made "more vulnerable" to pyhsical dangers. There is a community of people like him in the United States. DO NOT "INTERROGATE" ME OR CONFRONT ME OVER THIS. I AM ONLY USING THE INFORMATION I HAVE. I AM JUST TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT VAMPIRES ARE SORT OF REAL AND ARE SORT OF NOT REAL.

It's a DVD documentary (you can probably find it on the Internet) called "Is It Real? Vampires" I'm just saying what the doc is called.

I know there are people who can't tolerate sunlight... drinking blood sounds odd, though.

I think the sunlight allergy is called photosensitivity, and that's been an accepted condition for a very long time. People don't need to drink human blood. There are people who constantly need to be SUPPLIED with blood because their body doesn't produce enough or produce it correctly, but drinking it will do nothing. If you need blood donated to survive, drinking it would do as much good as pouring a bucket of water over a dehydrated person's head.

Dracula was actually a real person that lived in Romania. Normaly he would take Turkish prisioners and implae them on a spike. Sometimes he would have lunch oustide so that he could drink the blood of his impaled victims. He was not a real vampire but he did enjoy drinking blood....

Yeah, I read about him. I just didn't believe the parts where they tried to say he was "undead".

I swear, the guy was actually drinking it. But he could've been joking. But the people in his community actually do need to take blood from others (in a legal way).

Like I said, bro, I saw this stuff in a DVD documentary. It's called "Is It Real? Vampires". You MAY find it on the internet. I'm just saying.

Also, I do not believe everything I see on TV or on a DVD. But this is some real stuff. However, that does not mean you have to listen to me to get the facts.

Drinking blood doesn't help the person, only injecting it will.

This topic is saying that vampires are real in scientific terms and medical terms. The ones you hear about in stories and movies are not real.

Until you provide a concrete link that has proof, there is nothing real about your post. There is also no medical proof that drinking blood would sustain the person.

Bro, please, just read the stuff on this page. Don't just read my stuff, read the comments and everything else. I'm not trying to act like the wise one or anything. I'm just saying.

i agree. i know that in some cultures it's a delicacy to eat coagulated blood (animal not human) but to drink it as well as it being human sounds far fetched
