I wonder if she's going to stop being a Scientologist, or if the Church of Scientology will try some wacky new conspiracy theory to make her look bad (which they always try, because they are crazy).

But if she did sign a pre nup, then trying to get his stuff is kind of a low blow, I could understand trying full custody of her daughter if she really did have problems with Cruise being crazy or something legitimate, but I'm pretty sure she does well enough on her own as a freaking Hollywood actress.
