Misleading titleBranKetraNothing misleading about it. It's an actual real full auto. Just using blanks.
[QUOTE="lamprey263"]I think he had a bump fire setups, legally it's not automatic.DevilMightCryAutomatics are legal bro.
With a special licence, that's extremely hard to get, and requires psych evalutations and interviews with FBI agents, and having your DNA, fingerprints, and even retinal scans filed away in a special list with the ATF. Unless, where the hell do you live?

It's not a license, it's called an ATF Form 4 that needs to be filled out along with a $200 tax stamp. Also, I have no idea what you're talking about with this "requires psych evalutations and interviews with FBI agents, and having your DNA, and even retinal scans filed away in a special list with the ATF". Federally though, there is no required license.

That is all the info you need about legally owning a machine gun.

That it is a fully automatic rifle is not what I said was misleading before you changed the topic title. I was referring to the message sent by just stating a "co-worker opens fire on people with a full auto AR at job." That message seemed to be intended to trick people into thinking that person actually attacked people until we click on your thread.

So it's like the mall attack in Kenya?

Hmm. Interesting. I was just relaying what I was once told by a guy who owns a gun store in my hometown. I just took his word for it, and never bothered looking any further into it because, even being as extremely pro-gun-rights as I am, I've never thought there was any legit reason that a civilian would need a fully-auto (especially considering how fast you can shoot a semi-auto, if you know what you're doing). Thanks for the info, though. I'll bookmark that video, and watch it tonight when I have some more free time.

I want an auto not for the purpose of needing that much firepower, but to preserve the firearm in its original state. Honestly, firing a full auto costs a lot of $$ with an average price of a bullet costing $0.50. It adds up quite fast. But honestly, there should be no ban or restrictions on auto rifles period, IMO. Nor any sort of ATF tax stamp. Can't find anything on this bit of news anywhere. Only thing that pops up in google is this forum post.

You try WAY too hard. Actually I'd say that he doesn't try hard enough. You can easily tell he's a troll. Maybe if he worked harder at it some people might buy his act. Please Log In to post.
