Video Game Characters with a Mental Illness

Which video game characters have a mental disorder? I need to write a paper in psychology about mental disorders and i need to exame a fictional character too. I need to determine an illness for a fictional character by observing only, that is not knowing any prior history i just need to determine an illness just by watching them. Thank you!

Almost every character in Twisted Metal.

The guy with the long hair from Kane and Lynch (Lynch I think).

I'm pretty sure Mario has a mental illness as well.

The way the stories are designed whether or not they have a mental illness is debateable. It can be argued that they are in purgatory.

Chief Irons in Resident Evil 2 went insane. Lynch in Kane & Lynch suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. Any smattering of "crazy" characters like Kefka would count I suppose (but not for anything academically feasible). Killer7 is built around the idea of a person having multiple personalities.

Most games don't really address mental illness, let alone in anything other than "whacky" or "kooky" ways barring perhaps Killer7.
