Video of angry lady cussing out Dunkin Donuts employees goes viral

Sorry in advance if this has been posted already.

The video is basically about a very pissed off lady that's showing up a bunch of employees at Dunkin' Donuts because the lady taking her order a day prior to this video forgot to give her a receipt.

Purely disgusting. The employees in the video handled it all real well. What do you guys think?

Wish the employee would have knocked her out. The ***** needs to be taken down a few pegs...

She seems like a real winner at life.  It's time to do a little self eval when you're livid over not recieving your reciept from Dunkin Donuts and you actually follow up on their policy of replacing that meal for free.

I've dealt with some rude people in the food industry, but this woman really tops them all.

Every time someone was rude, I would always want to do this:

what a b!tch. fast food is a difficult, thankless, and underpaid job. I don't wish ill on people very often due to their actions online, but I seriously hope she has future job trouble.

i have managed places like that and as long as you are civil i will kiss your ass but the second they  curse, cause a scene or abuse my employees i kicked them out and told them to never come back and was always backed up by the upper management.

I'm probably going to get a lot of heat for this, but I can sort of see her point of view. She handled it very poorly, but the customer is always right and it sounds like they were incredibly rude the night before. Turnabout is sort of fair play imo.

I worked as a customer service lead for Circuit City many years ago...this behavior does not surprise me at all. People who act like that are scum in my eyes.

The worst part is that this wasn't heat of the moment. She came back from a previous visit and slept on her "problem." Damn disgrace to society.

I am a restaurant manager and I would never let someone talk to me or my employees like that. I would have escorted her ass out the door and told her to never come back
