It's choreographed, not fake. They do put alot of energy into a match. An untrained wrestler against a trained one would probably die. Literally.

exactly, too many ppl don't understanded that although its staged, planned and choreographed... it is not fake.. those guys really get hit, and really get hurt...

but anyway wwe sucks so badly these days that they're reduced to shaving the boss' hair and faking his death to get attention... TNA is where its at now

Ring of Honor has the best wrestling in America right now and doesn't embarrase themselves by bringing on second class sports stars and older, under-performing wrestlers like Sting and Scott Steiner.

The X-Division is a joke.

And with Vince Russo in-charge, TNA has more spots and gimmicked matches than a 1999 WCW show.

Ring of Honor focuses on pure wrestling and less unconvincing storylines and angles. It doesn't rely on soap operas like TNA is try to do so they can compare with WWE.

And ROH knows their place and builds upon it. TNA are trying to grow to fast.

Simply put, anything TNA can do, ROH can do better.
