I've always been a pancake fan. I don't have waffles that much; they're less popular here I think. I've noticed that the US seems to love them as a sweet, whereas I like pancakes as a savory

Pancakes goes well with eggs, bacon & sausages. Waffles just goes with syrup

Ew no. It's very similar to a pancake, but not quite... I'm not sure what meal is made from intestines. Black pudding is pigs blood, however.

Ah....doesn't sound too bad...though I'm not sure how roast beef drippings would taste on them. They don't look like any pudding I ever had though.:lol:

Perhaps I was thinking of Black pudding....that sounds.....disgusting.

I don't really know why it has the name of pudding. Unlike pancakes, you don't really eat them without the main course. Strange. Yeah, black pudding isn't something I plan on trying. :P Dried pigs blood sausage anyone?

Well, it's about brunch time here on campus...and when I head up to the Cafe I will make a very big decision. To make myself a huge Belgian waffle with strawberrys and whipped cream, or go with buttermilk pancakes with delightful maple syrup.

Meh, I think ill just have both...gotta love buffets.

pancakes are the best they have more variety than waffles and waffles have a tendency to get old for me where pancakes do not
