[QUOTE="cell_dweller"]I'm sorry, Wall-E was way better than Kung Fu Panda...andyboiiibut was it funnier? I think so. The humor in Wall-E was way more clever and well placed. There wasn't much talking, it was mostly actions and such which lead to the humor, which I think is way better than Jack Black.

I disagree. The humor in Wall-e was funny for maybe 10-15 minutes, but after that it was just a story, and, imo, got fairly boring (but, then again, I probably would have loved it had I been 10*ish*). Kung Fu Panda was funny throughout the entire movie :D.
That's a fair assessment, they did focus more on the story the last part of Wall-E. But, there were still funny parts during that, and overall, I think it was funnier :PI disagree. Yea a very good way of putting it.Wall-E by far, that movie made me tear up. It has to be the best job Pixar has done so far (I honestly don't think they can top it).Fuzzy_Bear123/\ This. It was a great movie, although sad at some parts.

Horribly scary coincidence that I was just thinking about starting a similar topic after just watching both movies in the past couple of days.
Kung fu Panda's slapstick and facevalue comedy wasn't that funny, and I personally detest Jack Black, his "acting" doesn't strike me as humorous in any way shape or form. It was still a nice movie. Not one I'd watch again though...
Wall-E on the other hand... My gosh, I hated that movie. It made me cry 3 times. 3 TIMES!! On three separate occasions for heaven sakes! I mean my face was literally breaking up and my mind was going "Pull yourself together dammit you're such a sap!" I mean the way Pixar used elements of a silent film and mixed it with current technology was despicable. It also made me think after I watched the movie a second and third time, and made me really analyze if humanity would ever change that way, and trying to figure out some plot holes of the subject matter. And this is supposed to be a kid's movie! Of course, the fabulous collaboration of Disney/Pixar (more Pixar actually) have always made beautiful movies (let's not pay heed to 2006's CARS shall we?)
I mean I hated the fact that I fell for WALL-E's charm... so much... And here come the waterworks again :( If you'll excuse me.
However I didn't like the ending so much. Mostly b/c I didn't want it to end. And also b/c I was still burning up with questions. If you ask me Pixar's next movie "UP" is going to fail so hard. Nothing could possible top WALL-E right now.
I didnt think Kung fu Panda was anywhere near as funny as it appeared in previews
WALL-E was great however so I'm going with that one
