the site Im buying it from mentions its pre-painted. what does that mean?
My guess is that it would indicate that the model is already painted... Though, it may be some sort of machine code, so be wary.

It means it has a winning lottery number printed somewhere on the model, most likely around the buttock area. Look carefully, now.
