Bananas, applaes, oranges, berries (any fruit really)
Celery, carrot sticks, etc.
Peanuts, raisins and almonds are also good for you.
Grapes, oranges, melons...these things will fill your tummy and quench your thirst at the same time, so it's doubleplusgood.
Fruits have natural sugar in them so if you eat too much and do no exercise you will be having too much sugar for your daily intake, same with nuts, too much oil, natural oils but eating too much and not working it off is still bad for you. Leafy vegetables are were its at, cabage,lettuce,bok choy, silverbeet. Eat veges also, brocolli,cauliflower.
