Watch Star Wars on your PC for free, but in text form, and in Command Prompt?

Step 1: Click "start" and go to "run"

Step 2: type in or just copy "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl" (with out the quotation marks and remember to space out telnet and towel)

Simple as that. After you run that the command prompt should come up, and after saying you can watch an upgraded version if you download it, Star Wars: A New Hope will start up, made entirely out of text. In fact, it is brought to us by Twentieth Century Text. Really funny, and very weird.

Oh, well not everyone knows about it.

i found out how to activate telnet in vista. after you do this it will work.

Click Start, ControlPanel, Programs, and then Turn WindowsFeatures on or off. In the list, scroll down and select Telnet Client.Click OK to start the installation.

You can install it, if it's not already there. Telnet isn't windows specific.

What is Telnet? I dont trust thiswizard90
