Webkinz

Okay, my sister is trying to set up a webkinz. She bought the toy, she has the code, but when she clicked "New Member" a message comes up and says "Sorry, but for security reasons you may not enter the adoption centre today." Is this just saying "Try again tomorrow, we are having technical difficulties" or is it saying something else. Please help me ASAP my sister is really whiny when things wont work for no apparant reason. Thank you (By the wayi hate webkinz)

I want on and clicked it, and everything seemed to be going smooth. Contact their customer service. I had to get off of there fast to, Ms.Birdy scared me.
