Bruce Lee lifts. He is very very strong. I'm not even close to his level. Most likely will never be at his level of strength, speed, endurance, psychical fitness and physic.

Don't go crazy with the weights if your trying to get a body like Bruce! Focus more on resistance exercises like pull-up's, push-up, situps.....and plenty of cardio work! Now I'm not saying to totally cut out the weights....just limit your use of them! BUT the first and most important thing is a healthy diet, if your not willing to start putting the right food in your body you might as well forget everything thing else I said.

NO...8% is fine, Google the dangers of TO LOW body fat! As I said before your main focus should be nutrition! If possible focus more on organic and try to minimize your use of process!

Yep that is always true. 80% kitchen 20% gym. No matter how much you workout never gonna get any results if your diet isn't right.

That bench is fantastic but I would imagine you could get more out of the pull ups seeing your so strong and weigh so little.

Your definitely on a good track though. I also think at 5.6 the bruce lee route is preferable to the bulking route... your physique would look extremely disproportionate if you started bulking. There are also multiple supplements on the market which enable you to "cut" but if you already have solid abs then these dont really apply. Im not really sure what it is you are seeking from this thread tbh. I dont mean that disrespectfully btw.

bodybuliding dot com forums are incredibly helpful and insanely active, it has a progress tracker and a crazy number of workouts for the fitness enthusiast. Hope it helps.

I never heard of Bruce lifting (not saying he didn't, but never heard of it). Normally what you hear is the whole "He ran for half an hour then he'd cycle, then he'd go skip rope" but never (to my knowledge) lifting.

Videos or I call BS. I love the guys that claim a bench press but then you see them do it and they're bouncing the bar off their chest and arching their back like they're doing a decline press. Let us know your numbers on the lifts that actually count...squat and deadlift.

Pretty good in lift, but need to work on pull ups. At weight 135, you should be able to do non stop pull ups. I remember when i was like 28, and weight was like 180, i can do almost 70 pull ups with no problem. I'm surprised at your weight you can only do 28. Maybe some of those muscles still need developing, keep working on it. It can only get better. Always work on other muscles, not the same ones over and over.

LOL, world class crossfit athlete Rich Fronig, at 195lbs, only claims 75 pullups as a personal best, and that's the kipping pull-up nonsense those guys do. I.E. you're full of shit, but it's your story so tell it how you want.

Both at the same time and right after knocking out the chick's marine husband by clobbering him on the head with their 15 inch penis.

Lee had a very specific and regimented diet. He also spent a lot of time doing cardio, and as far as I know, didn't lift all that much. His build came from his martial arts training and highly controlled exercise and eating regimens.

You ask a question i give you an answer, then you don't believe me ? Lol .. First of all he only did 75, and he's a crossfit athlete, well yes, that would explain it. He was sober, i never said what i was on. Also I am no professional athlete, i was a thug, my life was wieghts and growing as huge as a monster. My arms were 19 inches, yeah, i probably could have kept going, but my friends couldn't even believe i passed 40, they were in shock. Yeah, those were different days for me. But you believe what you want. After all, i have all the reason in the world to lie online ? Whatever !

I didn't ask you any questions.

hes pretty short, its not unreasonable. Squats are just as easily cheated, if not more so. Deadlifts you cant really cheat... but in the interest of not slipping a disc or tearing a bicep i always go light ;)

Much like deads, I don't know about squats being cheat-able. Either you get in the hole (hip hinge below knee) and get back out or you don't.

On the bench though, 250 isn't unreasonable when you're that sort (5'5" if I recall). I wrestled with a kid in HS who wrestled at 130 as a senior and he was pressing that or above.

Lol, being 5'7" and 138 lbs with 6% body fat and actually owning my own bench set, I find this unbelievable.

I hit the bench constantly throughout the day. My max is 190, and my body only has muscle to make up to that 138. If your max really is 250 then you must seriously have twigs for legs...

Also, your max will change based on if you're talking about incline, normal, and decline. If your max is 250 at normal, then what are your max's for incline and decline? Are we talking about wide grip or narrow?

And I also do ALOT of cardio. I run marathons and spend about an hour on a treadmill 2-4 times a week. Also exercise other parts of my body (Leg day, ab day, chest, back, shoulders). So I spend alot of time training, and have alot of gym buddies to train with. I know a thing or two about weightlifting, and it's easy to spot the trolls

And yeah, bruce lee may have a very high max. But also he spend ALOT of time training. I dunno how old you are, but I doubt you're old enough to even do the amount of training it takes to get up that high by now. Also, if you spent that much time lifting you shouldn't have to ask if your max is good, you should already know....
