hello everyone, i just wanted to ask everyone some questions. Well about last summer i was 5'7'' and about 150 pounds..i know..not that bad. Well i was forced to move to a new school and i am very shy so i didnt really go out for sports or anything like i usually do. So i sat around all school year didnt do anything. And well i hate to say but now im 15, 5'8'' and 195 pounts. Yeah..kinda heavy. And well i decided to go out for tennis here at my school since i used to go out for tennis at my old school. Well i went to my usual school physical so i can play. And the coach was sayin that i need to trim down a lot so i can play tennis. SInce i am good he wants me to play varisty and i guess here u have to be a certain fat percentage and i guess im to high. My coach says that i would pry want to lose over 30 to 35 pounds before school starts (august 17) so i can play.
I really want to lose the weight because i just think it will help my self esteem because im not usually this big and i think i get down on myself. I dont run much except when i play tennis every morning. My parents say i should just run alot..does anyone have any more advice?? I dont eat much either so...if anyone has any professional ideas..please feel free to tell me so i can lose a lot of weight this month
