Weird bump question for the MALES

Hi guys well i have this weird bump, and this is pretty akward but its on my penis area on the bottom. Its a little bit bigger then a pimple but it hurts pretty bad if i touch it gets like a sore sensation if i dont touch it i dont feel it. I am not sexually active so it cant be herpies or anything. I read online that "down there" you get small little white heads of when hair is growing in and its right near there.

Sorry dont mean to be gross i just want to be specific so you have a general idea. What is this? And how can i treat it? Im a bit scared to guy to the doctors when to things like this and i dont think its nothing too bad at least thats what i thing and i dont know how to treat it other then just leave it a lone. Can anyone help thanks.

I'm going with a pimple, they get bigger than you think. Still if you're that worried about it ask your doctor.

Pimple it is. You can choose for it to go boom, or let it go away.

Its either a really big pimple or Ingrown Hair.

It's most likely a pimple. Happened to me once, and me being me, popped it. It... did not feel nice. XD

If you're too worried, go see a doctor, but it's probably nothing too bad. :)
