weird hauntings

lately, i have been getting these weird senses of being followed. i can here footsteps behind me all the time. it sometimes happens outside, but mostly it happens when im alone. it starts out that i hear voices and footsteps behind me, but when i turn around no one is there. i then still here footsteps, and then i turn around again, but this time i see a shdow walk into a wall. this has been happening a lot lately. the latest weird thing that happened to me is i woke up at exactly 11:59, and i was just siting there. then all of a sudden a sharp pain runs through my whole body, making me fall down to my knees, and it seems like forever before the pain eventually lets up. then when i looked at the clock, it was 12:01, but it definetly didnt go on for that long. i have also been seeing shadows following me.

you probably have high emf readings from an electrical conduit or something. If the field is really high, it can cause the feeling of being watched, head aches and other symptoms. You can get an emf reader from a hardware store and try looking around when you start having the feeling. IF it's a haunting, it's usually below 10, if it's higher then 10 then it's a poorly shielded power cable or a switch board, or a fixture.

Give that a try.

High emf's can also cause paranoia(sp) and play small tricks with your mind. Plus try duplicating the sound, look around to see if there's something nearby that can cause the sound to happen again. I believe in the paranormal, but sometimes things can be done that is accidentally considered paranormal.

He's not lying,necessairly. I will say this again. He's seeing this because he wants to see it,now I know that may sound "odd". But say,if you read a ghost thread that's really "spooky" and "eerie", you're bound to hear footsteps and see shadows in your house. It's all in your mind man.
