so i was standing out in my back ally smoking a cigarette and i finished it through it on the ground and then walked into my house. i was sitting in my room on my computer and my mother comes in and says that she smells smoke like someone had been smoking. of course i do the obvious and try to get out of it by lying. she eventually broke me down and nagged enough until the point where i just came out with it. she was pretty made at me and still is. what should i do? thought's, opinions?
Tell her that you understand why she is mad and that if you were her you would be more mad at the fact that you lied and therefore you won't lie to her in the future no matter what.
Be honest with her, tell her that you're a smoker and that no matter what kind of punishment she gives you, it won't be the last cigarette in your lungs
Just stop smoking. These companies only want your money and don't care about your health. Eventually you wont' be able to do too much physical activity because you'll run out of breath. If you stop now, you won't get long term damage that will ruin your health forever.
