Were you cool or a nerd?

never in my whole life have i ever seen a so called "cool" person
either way i guess i was a nerd in that i loved fantasy literature and was really really good at school.
but i was also pretty good looking and had plenty of friends so i guess im not a "nerd" either.
i doubt anyone would fall into such black and white catagories.
plus school life is dominated by dozens of clicks not not a few people who everyone else thinks are "cool" or "nerds".
I don't know if I was cool, but I was a social chamilion, because I enjoyed hanging out with various groups of people. I had very little difficulty transfering from one crowd to another. I could party with the cool kids, chill with the potheads, talk anime with the Japanofiles, and game with the nerds. My preffered group of friends were the theater bums even though I didn't act (so I ran tech and built sets instead) because they were a loud and rambunctious group that constantly made mistief where ever we went. (we nearly got perma-banned from walmart at one point) Also, most of them were well read so I could talk books all day.
School wasn't really split up into social groups when I was there. I hanged out with most people, some more than others.
I wasn't anything really. I just hung out with my friends, and didn't really care about anything other than just getting high school over with.
I didn't give 2 sh!ts about school my freshman year, and I barely made it to sophmore, but after that, I actually started caring about doing well.
I never tried to be anything either, nor did I bother with anyone I didn't know.
Nope. I was in the skater/nerd crowd.
The popular crowd (also jokingly referred to as "The Beautiful People") kinda saw me as weird and geeky, but 4 years after leaving school I was hit on by two of the "popular" girls and their faces were priceless after they realised who I was. "Oh you're pretty hot now".....yes but you're still the shallow tarts you were back at school.
Most hilarious night I'd had in a long time.
Popularity is overrated. In the real world nobody gives a rat's ass that you were captain of the sports team.
Come to think of it. We didn't really have the popular and unpopular groups in high school. horgen123
you were lucky:P
Tell the truth...you were one of the kids reading in the library at lunch. :PI was reading manga outside of my next class at lunch.:P[QUOTE="RenegadePatriot"]I was a part of the cool crowd.8)Pirate700
Still in high school, and I'm not popular at all. I'm friends with the fellow "outcasts", the people that nobody really hangs out with.
My years in high school were spent hanging with a group of about ten people that had a lot of reach because there really wasn't characteristic that particularly distinguished us from other groups other than the fact that there were no easily apparent consistencies in what it was we were interested in or what it was we were even about (if it was ever about anything). So I got to know a lot of people when I spent time with some of the people of the group visiting acquaintances outside of the main group. I was never popular though.
You know you aren't popular when your name comes from Naruto (OP)
Me.. Im the all rounder, I hang with everyone I can. Don't like seeing people lonely so I spread the positive vibe.

Yeah, that's why I hated college too.
Exactly my thoughts! :o
[QUOTE="AussieePet"]Yes i was a cheerleader in secondary school and a dancer so i was popular :DMike-ukYou just became even hotter. lmfao i never knew i was to begin with :P
There was no popular or uncool kids at my high school. Too many students (around 2,600). There was the typical groups like, jocks, nerds, bandos, etc... and only one furry which Im pretty good friends with.
