Werebears.
i'm taking in general not about twilight as i know there is better vampire/wolves books out there pepsisafcWerewolf books in general aren't that great, neither are new-age vampires. The Classic Vampire books are awesome. I would like it if they release a Werewolf videogame.

I agree but I'm a Hordie. I like Blood Elfs :).I think it totally depends on what powers we are attributing either race. For example, vampires in the anita blake books kick a**, because in addition to being freakishly strong, they also have weird mind powers and stuff. But in something stupid like twilight, maybe werewolves? Cause they travel in packs. But one on one... still gonna give it to the vampire. Undead ftw.
Depends on what cannon is used (as there are hundreds of thousands)
Never the less vampires are usually shown to be superior in most fiction (from Twilights fail, to hellsings epicness)
(^alucard's happy, your now doomed)
Still, were wolfs are sometimes shown equally or superior (Underworld and Vampire bund come to mind)
In vampire bund werewolfs are more or less the secret service from hell, that are feared by most vampires
I hate to break it to you, but those aren't anymore "real" than a Twilight vampire. In fact Twilight got one thing right: "real" vampires (eg those of legend) never feared sunlight. Umm, though they weren't exactly pretty either. (unless you find a bloated corpse attractive)Twilight sucks you know. By the way here is real vampires.
e.g. of Vampires

In the WoD setting, werewolves tend to be much stronger than your usual vampires so... I think I'd go with that, though I like vampires myself too.
Vampires often rely on deception and illusion to blend in, while werewolves tend to be your powerhouse slaughter machines.
As I understand it, Werewolves are under the command or employment of Vampires. Vampires related to the "original" in their world are often viewed as the highest in their nobility. The fact that they have such ranking is probably in part due to the power they wield.
Wow, I'm alway amazed with how much mythos we've managed to produce around these creatures in the last century. As I understand it, Werewolves are under the command or employment of Vampires. Well, this is just something I noticed from stuff like Vampire Hunter D and Castlevania. Blade, too..kinda.As I understand it, Werewolves are under the command or employment of Vampires. While I don't understand the fascination for either of them, especially the Twilight incarnations, werewolves are definitely superior in every way. A huge, feral beast would have no problem with some prissy, pale vampire. If I remember correctly, the Underworld movies basically followed this logic.

Except when Victor killed Raze in a matter of seconds.

twilight wasnt the first thing to ever have a "vampire vs werewolf" thing, as a matter of fact, many other things had...even castlevania.
on another side, you are posting a picture of hector from curse of darkness...hector isnt a vampire, he is a human...
Twilight "vampires" would get destroyed by werewolves.
Real vampires would kick a werewolf's ass.
At least...as far as I know...since neither of them are real...and...yeah.

he looks like a character from twilight
You never played Castlevania...Well, in some sense there are real vampires. As in humans who feel compelled to drink blood. There are also the legends, which as I've said before differ greatly from the modern image of these two creatures.Twilight "vampires" would get destroyed by werewolves.
