What Ads on the Computer are you Sick of?

Well, right now, Im really getting annoyed by the chick climbing out of the TV that always appears right next to the forums. WTF is she doing anyway? Im too lazy to watch the whole ad, nor do i care.

THe oens with like the smilies and sometimes they say like oh...my...god! or something like that, it's annoying. Also the pop-ups that like crawl onto your screen they're like evil, it scares me.Half-Life_man

I don't see ads on Gamespot because I'm a subscriber. . . but the most annoying ad I have ever come across was on some news site. The ad opened as if it were another window, but it would stay in the same spot of the webpage (right infront of the story I was trying to read) no matter where you scrolled. There wasn't even a "close" option on it, and clicking the ad didn't close it. Eventually I had to refresh the page to make it disappear. Why would a site allow those types of ads?

Also, the ones that pretend to be a Microsoft window popping up to tell me I've had an error/have won a fabulous prize. . . because I have a Mac and the windows look very different. Plus, a lot of those ads haven't updated and still look like they're from Window's '98.
