imo 21 i moved out of my parents house when i was 19 two weeks after graduating HS. i feel bad for kids now a days since jobs are scarce, and property values are so high.
i'm 25 and living at home for the time being...saving up for a down payment, so moving out is within a 3 month window....been out on my own before though. It's nearly impossible to make money right out of college and save up for the funds you need to buy a house if you're already renting
