What animal do you hate the most?

I hate snakes. My sister had some kind of python and I hated that thing when I lived with her for a while. Always thought it would get out and choke me to death. It eventually did get out and wrapped itself around the oven insides and died. Good riddance!

Snakes and spiders. All but universal revulsions by humans.

My favorite animal has to be Wolves, they're just aesthetically pleasing to look at and they're really smart and interesting.

Least favorite: Pigs. They're disgusting and ugly, but about as intelligent as your average dog, so I don't hate them. I don't think I hate an animal, maybe Humans are the worst.

Was gonna be edgy and say humans considering it appears we like to spend time trying to figure out ways to screw each other over, bicker over the most trivial differences between one another like skin color/deformities/gender, and seem to spend an disturbing amount of time creating objects that can destroy the planet rather than save it...

If I can't choose humans, I....I honestly can't think of any animals that I have such a strong feeling toward as to hate. Unless insects count. Then Mosquitoes can go rot in hell. Wasp too...

Aside from insects and spiders, Geese. They're annoying and even though they can fly they will just take their sweet time walking across busy roads so you have to sit there and wait for them forever. I want to pick on up by it's stupid long neck and throw it.

Feral/stray cats comes to mind. They are loud, obnoxious and tend to kill native birds and small mammals. Don't care what people say, either neuter your cat(s) or take real good care of it.

Rats/mice.

I hate chimpanzees so much. I cannot explain it, but I see videos or pictures of them and thoughts/feelings of loathsome, loathsomeness?, come flooding in.

I don't really hate any animal. Not a fan of bugs. Anything considered an insect or arthropod I do not like. Except crabs. I eat those from time to time.

Shit Birds

Mosquitoes. And that's because they actively seek to annoy and hurt me. I am rather indifferent towards cockroaches, but I still kill them because they shouldn't be around me or my food for sanitary reasons. Other than that, I'm basically Radagast: I love all animals.

excluding insects (that's too easy, spiders and bees...basically anything that can sting/bite me with venom, and is small enough to run away)...

...I would have to say a lot of birds, like Blue Jays or Mocking Birds or anything that basically sits outside your windows at 4AM and goes "BWOOOOOOOOOOOCK! BWWWWWWWWWWWOCK!" incessantly. Or can shit on your head and fly away. Or can dive bomb your pets. Or can fly majestically and gloat about it...bastards.

The exception are big birds, raptors I guess we call them? Things like hawks, eagles, buzzards, albatross, etc.

Cats. Not hate necessarily, but as a kid a few friends had one crawling around their house, leaving their fur and sh** behind everywhere. Dead birds on the porch. I would think, "what is the appeal in this thing?"

But to each their own. Dogs all the way.

Wasps (including hornets). But bees are fine.

No problem with most spiders, despite how they look, most are good guys and not harmful to humans here in the U.S. But their arachnid brothers, ticks and scorpions, are another matter.

But I do agree with you here about raptors, Love them. By raptors I mean hawks, eagles (which is essentially a large hawk, same family), falcons, and owls. To me they are awesome. Vultures, also raptors, I don't like so much, they are not nearly as majestic, but then again I have never seen a large condor in the wild.

Sometimes I'll hear familiar bird sounds I haven't heard in years, and it will remind me of certain great times and areas of my youth. Agressive gulls are among my least favorite birds. Hawks (including eagles) are among my favorite animals. I also love chickens and turkeys for a different reason ;) .

Apart from all insects I don't hate any animal.

Spiders ?????

I have a huge phobia of snakes. Unexpectedly seeing a picture of a snake can make me feel nauseous, as well is giving me shivers down my spine each time I think of one.

I'm surprised so many people here also mentioned snakes; offline I haven't met many people who mention snakes as a phobia.

I think that's because snakes aren't often seen in the wild here in the U.S., usually in a zoo where they are safely contained. Here in my area in Pa. there are only 2 poisonous snakes, Timber Rattlesnake and the Copperhead but I have never seen either in the wild, and they are fairly rare. Most snakes shy away from humans. I can understand a fear of snakes in Africa, India, and Australia, where you have aggressive poisonous snakes. Oh, and I think part of South America is anaconda territory.

Skunks. I don't hate them. But, I usually keep my distance. They don't get scared at all and they go wherever they want.

Whenever we passed a skunk on the road freshly run over, the stench is so bad even a small whiff through the vents is enough to cause all windows to roll down. He He.

Flying cockroaches. Yes, not an animal but flying cockroaches.

Theres something about them that evokes a feeling of a forgotten ancient terror in humans.

Cats would have to be my least favorite. Living with my parents all those years ago with 3 cats was hell. All bitchy moody little things!

Doggies are easily my favorite. A bundle of joy and love every moment they are with you. Would never trade that for anything
