I don't understand how people can fall asleep with music on....
Why listen to music? Its better to just relax the mind, not stimulate it...
I can fall asleep to anything on my ipod. Yep, even Slayer.CreepingDeath_nice me too but only sometimes i have a playlist on my psp of all Zeppelin and thats how i fall asleep
Well, I usually dont do such things, but if I were to choose,I would say, Shine on You Crazy Diamond pts 1, 2, &3 by Pink Floyd
I made the transition from music to white noise (a fan, etc) years ago....though every great once in awhile it is enjoyable...but the songs are whatever I find or have at the moment, nothing specific. Ambient music seems to be something I would consider if I were to seek music for that purpose.
Spit on A Stranger on your playlist for sleeping? Yikes...makes me want to google it. Doesn't sound very relaxing.
Last night I fell asleep listening to Bloodbath, tonight I'm gonna listen to Porcupine Tree. I just pick whatever I feel like. Music just keeps me from thinking too much and staying awake.
I don't do it anymore but a few years back I would always put my iPod on shuffle and listen to it and at some point I would fall asleep so any song works for me.
the postal service or pinback would be my firts choice for sleep. but really i like dead silence. so quiet its scary. and so dark you cant see your hand at your eyes. so you can hear the white noise of the universe.
Good choice; also, if you eliminate a couple of noisy tracks, I find the Miranda Sex Garden album Madra to be good emsnooozening music, as well as Cocteau Twins Heaven or Las VegasI used to fall asleep to Delerium CD's.
