What are the 2 most disgusting things you have seen in your life?

I saw a dog get run over by a car and all its intestines came out through the b-hole.I didn't eat anything for 2 days after that incident.The second most disgusting thing I have seen was a guy drinking cow urine because according to him it was sacred.

Two fat people, a couple, feeling the heat and so getting on to each other. It was sort of grotesque to see but in a way, a part of me was wondering how they were going to pull it off with all the flabs getting in the way. Well, of course, I didn't get to see the rest of the mating process, only the foreplay part, if you would call that foreplay, but thinking of just thinking of how they would look like would be like watching an F graded no budget poorly done R-rated film. I mean, R-rated and X-rated might not even be enough to rate it. I also wondered if the bed would even manage them, I mean, just imagine the force and impact plus the magnitude that could break records in the Richter scale. :|

As for the other disgusting thing, If I see a cake just not taken care of properly or done well with love, it is a hideous sight for me. :P

If videos count then i was once shown a video of a teenage boy who completely ripped his face in two by diving off a bridge and hitting it off something. Wow that image will stay with me forever. I havent really seen anything in real life that could be classed as really disgusting, i will have to have a think.

HAha, oh man that reminds me of when i went to drivers ed and they showed this movie of people who were involved in car accidents, gory stuff.

I've seen more than my fair share of disgusting things.

Even though this one example isn't disgusting in the visual sense, I was probably the most disgusted when someone in my neighborhood purchased a beautiful Husky dog and kept itchained outside, in the summer, with NO shade and barely any water (water that became hot under the summer sun). Eventually I found myself with no other choice than to break into the property withbolt cutters, snap the chain and steal (or rescue, if you like) the dog.Working with my vet Ihad a good home for him all lined up and everything worked out well. Fortunately the previous ownersnever got around to purchasing another dog.

The only thing that I remember that really disgusted me was 2girls1cup...

Working as an ER nurse, I've seen a lot of stuff, I've seen a man's chest 2 weeks after open heart surgety, whose wound never closed... we could see the rib cage open up when he was breathing, lots of liquid in there.. I thought it was more interesting that disgusting though, but a lot of people would have fainted.

Oh, there's the time this diabetic man can in with a whole leg wounded, there were worms in there... a few nurses puked in garbage bins LOL and a doctor simply refused to go in there... didn't see it with my eyes though, just the smell was enough to keep me away (wasn't my patient, so I didn't actually have to go).

I've also seen a bunch of impressive stuff that some people might not be able to look at, which I thought was cool in an intenresting way... I saw Montreal's mafia's godfather with his head blown off, saw a guy who had his foot "exploded" in a car crash, the foot was missing somehow and had been half replaced by a patch of grass, another guy who had a car crash and came in with a fence's pole, about 2 inches large, passing through his abdomen... you could litteraly see through him. Wasn't really bleeding though, and the guy was conscious, not so much pain.

I worked in a hospital for a few years and my office was by an elevator by radiology, so I'd see a lot of accident victims (sometimes corpses) just laying in a bed while the nurses waited for the elevator.

And when I was a little kid, my best friend had braces. We were having a sleepover when she bit into a hard pretzel and a wire popped out. It stuck itself through her gums and cheek. Her dad was a carpenter, so he took some tools out and had me hold a flashlight into her mouth while he gouged around in her mouth. She was screaming, there was blood everywhere, and I eventually passed out while he yelled at me to hold the light still.

As a doc, Ive seen my fair share of just nastyness, I kinda get used to it after awhile, even the smells. My least favorite of all though is just really, really fat people, of the >400-500 variety. Theres nothing more nasty then fat roll smell, especially that hasn't seemingly ever been cleaned. Not to mention I need to examine it all and lift up, usually with my whole body those slippery, slimey, fungus infected rolls....drokmore

Decapitation and a dude who blew himself up planting an IED. Both in real life. The guy who blew himself up was pretty raunchy stuff. Just imagine a person mangled and stretched out to like 20 feet long. It looked about 3x as bad as the picture you have in your head right now.
