I can induce vomitting at will. Not that I have much use for it now, but when I was in elementary school, I got out pretty much every week
Just drink a bottle of Maalox and you'll have no faking to do. XDNah please don't do that, usually stomach aches and such are easiest to fake.
Wet a towel with hot water and sit it on your forehead for some time, then when ma or pa touches you, you will have a high temp feeling on your head.
