Either way, the "40 Years" DVDs are a better deal. About $40 for a complete run of Avengers, or X-Men or whatever else, all high quality PDF scans from the archive originials kept at Marvel.

where can i buy these?
Here's some of them. Most comics shops and maybe big box retailers will probably also stock them. There are ones out now for Fantastic Four, Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Men, and Incredible Hulk, with I think Iron Man and Dr. Strange on the way.
