It was probably submitted to the patent office like 30 years ago by a 14 year old as a joke and picked up by a corporation much later once his oh so valuable exclusive rights to it timed out.

my friend got it as a joke and ive used it and omg that thing hurts within a minute you will have to put it down so im pretty sure it works
