What Brands Are You Loyal To and Why?

No one likes to admit they are a tool of marketing, but driving on the freeway I see it every day, people who have slapped clothing brand stickers on their cars.  And I start to judge them, but then I realize that I have a few brand loyalties myself.

So what brands are you loyal to?

I'll start off with some:

• Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo for gaming
• Samsung for TV's and smart phones
• Converse shoes
• Any brand of beer (okay doesn't count)
• Old Spice Original deoderant
• Excedrin
• Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Los Angeles Dodgers and Lake Elisnore Storm.

That's probably a good enough start.

Naughty Dog. not really a brand but i love em anyway

Polk for speakers

I dont buy things based on the brand name but i do buy certain brand names because i like and appreciate quality of the products they make instead.

BMW, drivers cars with dependable german build quality

Converse Allstars, timeless classics

Samsung, high quality phones and tv's dependable products built to the highest standard

Shaka Wear, high quality and well fitting t shirts with no frills

Porsche and audi.

Also Uniqlo for standard clothing

not much else apart from cars.

Converse and Coke.

I am loyal to no video game console giants. All 3 of them piss me off.

I'm not brand loyal to anything, except Puma and Converse shoes because just about everything else hurts my feet.

Jeep and BMW for cars. Jeep was my first car...BMW is my favorite.

Bud Lite for national beer just because it's standard wherever you go.

Other than that not much.....I stay away from certain brands more than loyalty. I stay away from way overpriced Apple stuff. Try not to buy crap made in China.

Also Coors (non-light) beer.

I have a tendency to go for good looking high quality and high priced products.

Which sucks, because I dont have so much money and when I do I waste it all on an expensive product.

Velveeta, I'm not loyal, but it's something you can't buy store brand.

Brand loyalty is for plebes.

Bounty Paper towels. I look down in disgust at anyone who uses any other brand.

I'm not really loyal to any brand, I just buy what is more cost effective balancing quality and price

agreed. often times loyalty comes without question, thus should be reserved for close relationship or a diligent cause.

"brand loyalty" is a euphemism for cognitive dissonance.
