This one is the dangerous conspiracy theory.

The "spinach was good for you" theory. It's been worked into the minds of Americans for along time now.

The gas and carmaker conspiracy, where cars could easily be made with 100mpg or more, but developers hold them back so gas companies make more.

Personally I think that there is a lot that we aren't let in on but I don't agree with any current conspiracy theories simply because the evidence isn't compelling enough for me to buy in to.

While I 100% believe that extra terrestrial life exists, I'm not actually a believer of any of the conspiracy theories behind the subject, as of yet at least.
