What countries hate eachother the most?

What are your thoughts on the which contries you think are bitter rivals and go at eachothers throats. This can be based on both their modern and historical confrontations.

The United States and the Confederacy.  Mmm!  wrong era!

North and South Dakota.  Those are states!

United States and the rest of the world. 

or Israel and Palestine, imo, makes sense.

No, they're actully on really friendly terms. As the old addage goes "good fences make good neighbors". And since the DMZ is really just a big fence of death, I'd say they must be on really good terms.

Anyway, I'd say Israel and the rest of the Arab world aren't on great terms (especailly the PLO and Iran). And Japan shares an enthusastic mutual hatred with China and N/S Korea.

United States and France (well U.S. people seem to pick on the french for being weak)

Couldn't China seriously annihilate Japan since they don't even have an army anymore? Japan is the 2nd strongest country in the world according to what my teacher is saying. Maybe their National Guard can take on 2.3 million Chinese? Hmm? majadamus

1. America - the Islamic Republic of Iran, Communist Cuba, North Korea, Hugo Chavez's Venezuela, and maybe Russia.
2. China and Japan (Japan make better electronics than China's slave labor can do)
3. Somalia and Ethiopia or Eritrea
4. India and Pakistan or what the Indians perfer as "Porkistan".
5. Greece and Turkey (Check out the F-16 dogfights)
6. Poland and Belarus
