Off the top of my head, Holland, Peru, Spain, Bangladesh and Quebec let you smoke teh Cheeba. It's decriminalised in lots of other countries though.grarap

Here in Vancouver its not legal, but it may pretty much as well may be. True story, I was having a smoke outside a bar one time, and there was a group of kids my age (im 21 btw) smoking a joint. Around the corner came about 5 or 6 police officers, one of them carrying a shotgun and were about to go into the building next to the bar. The cop with the shotgun looked at the kid with the joint in his hand. The kid was clearly not from around here so he was scared **** The cop looked at him, and kept on walking with the rest of the cops. Gotta love that.

Another story is from a guy i knew from Quebec city. Against most opinions, weed is actually illegal there. The only weed that is allowed there is medical, same as in Vancouver. One time, my buddy was smoking a joint on the street. The cops stopped him, took his weed, and naturally didnt press charges, and the sped away. A few blocks down, my buddy sees the same cop car pulled over, and inside the cops that took the weed from him. And take a guess what they were doing with the weed that they took from him. They were "sampling the evidence". Man I love this country hehe. :D

Yea you can smoke as much as you want in the Netherlands as long your in a coffeeshop,you can smoke outside but blowing smoke into a cops face is a bit too much,and the zombies that walk around!!! most of them are tourists.bigster72

Its illegal in holland but tolerated for under 5 grams, and only if you smoke in a coffee shop. Weird place amerstadam, like the walking dead / zombies.slicknet

Well, I'm sure if you blow smoke in anybody's face in any country, they will want to do something.

Its a common misconception that cannabis is legal in holland, its not actually but its tolerated and u can only carry or buy 5g at a time. If u walked up to a policeman/woman there and blew smoke in their face u would most certainly be arrested there and then.

Aslong as ur not lairy and causing a ruckus the police will turn a blind eye to u smoking outside of any of the coffeeshops, we regularly walk around smoking.

As a side note, if ur planning on goin there head to a place called the 'Greenhouse' at Warmoesstraat 53-55 in Amsterdam for the nicest and best green in the world, if ur lucky u might even bump into Arjan to.
