What did/do you hate about school the most ?

Well i personally hated the rule of no being able to hit on your hot teachers ;)

Also even tho i was good in it, science class was soooo boring

Mainly, the lack of focus on History and English.

Math and Science are important, but I don't believe they be should pushed so much more than other subjects.

Blasphemy, science is amazing!

Anything to do with writing or reading books is boring and terrible. But the thing I hated most in all of school, homework.

Mainly, the lack of focus on History and English.

Where is this amazing school that you attended? I always thought that the focus on English(specifically reading novels and book reports) was nearly a complete waste and that they shoud focus more on science and math.

My school was 3 years of math/science, and 4 years history/english.. /jelly

Boring subjects like Geography.

Waking up. If school started at 9 o clock my life would be so much better.

PE first period. I have to wake up and think about pe, then be all hot and sweaty the rest of day? I also just hate having to get dressed and do exercise when Im on swim team.

The way it crushes all of your aspirations. Its just an overall depressing experience.

Group projects. I don't like to depend on others for my grade.

Coaches that teach, lack of classes and lunch with friends, guidelines on what you have to do in an essay.

The jerks that went there. The teachers that would ignore or support said jerks. And the fact that in the last couple years it was like they ran out of things to teach and were simply repeating themselves, so if you wanted to actually learn at my school you had to self study.

Getting up early, waiting 50 minutes per period to get some work that could be done in 30 minutes.

I went to a big high school so i would say the worst thing was having anxiety attacks and the constant stress to do my best

but school was boring

-Homework

-Science

-Algebra

-Learning about poetry and art

-D.A.R.E. and other meaningless lessons/experiments

-Teachers that give poor instructions

-Teachers that pick favourites

-Teachers that yell all the time thinking that the students will start listening to him/her.

-Teachers that are more disruptive than the students themselves.

-Bad field trips

-Assignments that involve roleplaying(eg. "Pretend you're a German journalist during World War 2..."). Usually these assignments will require to you roleplay as someone you have absolutely no relation to in any way, shape or form.

-Watching bad movies and having to answer questions.

-Making collages, as if a mess of magazine cutouts on a bristol board are supposed to help me "find myself" and "show others who I am".

-Catholic schools, religion "class".

EDIT: There's A LOT more that aren't on this list. But I'll add two crucial points.

-Group projects

-The dreaded gym class. I am so happy I don't have to take gym anymore.

As for the social aspect...I have no comment. It is what it is.

Basically, school is hell for me. I hate everything about school. I'm not going to go into a rant about the school system and the different cliques and how everybody acts because hey...it's high school. It's the same crap you've all heard before. Never changes.

Cliques. Not very introvert-friendly.

I'm in college now and I don't really hate much about it, but in High School I hated how dull alot of the writing assignments you got were. I also hated how class seemed to drone on and on when you had a boring teacher lol :P

Just lift. then they will leave you alone. A few kids made fun of me because I got all the girls, but when I got buff...... they all went away likeflies 8).

I was never a fan of homework.
