I've thought about this often. I asked my great-grandma, who was blind at the time (recently passed away.. 102y/o) and she said they were mainly memories, just less vivid. Sounds and smells stood out more apparently. She wasn't always blind, so I have no idea what people who've been born blind dream. Perhaps just sounds?
i'm just gonna go ahead and guess that they dream about being able to see....... i can't think of a reason why though. maybe because it's such a silly idea?

I think the TC would be more interested in people who were born blind, seeing as they have never experienced sight. Someone who becomes blind would most likely dream the same way as before. Problem is, this is a question that can only be answered by someone who knows someone in this situation.
I would guess that they would dream, but it would most likely be in a way they would recognize. They probably would still not "see" the dream but they would probably still dream, as they see the world when conscious. That is my guess anyways.
I imagine there dreams would be based on sound, touch, taste and smell. It would be like a normal dream but from there perspective if you know what i mean.
This is actually a very interesting prospect. If they were born blind, then they have no concept of images, so they can't dream of images. They must dream of thoughts.
