That said it's a medical fact that as your mouth dries over night bacteria thrives, hence why it smells worse in the mornings. It's normal. Unless your breath is awful all the time.

Drink some pee. It's pungent taste quickly gets rid of the foulness left in my mouth.

I don't use those am a natural guy. I don't eat meat ether, so I get my protein mostly from pasta, cheese, milk, beans.

Brush my teeth and my tongue, then floss followed by cinnamint Listerine mouthwash.

I dont brush before I eat, makes the food taste like crap, not to mention it sort of defeats the purpose (cleaning teeth, then getting them dirty again).

I can't go the morning without brushing my teeth, I don't like the feeling, I usually brush my teeth, but it doesn't really help too much for morning breath, I usually eat something or just wait for it to go away.

Breakfast, brush teeth and then chewing gum

Hour or two later I eat something

I jump out the nearest window in an attempt to end my life. If that doesn't work, i just brush my teeth w/mouthwash.
