What do you do to cheer up after a bad day?

What do you do to cheer yourself up after a bad day? I need some ideas.

Also, imagine you are responsible for a 5 year old who is with you at all times, which you know, limits certain options you might otherwise be able to do.

Take a walk....Go to the nearby lake and throw some rocks...

lol classic and on your walk to the lake, a semi drives thru a puddle which splashes you and gets you soaked :P

I guess I'm lucky that there isn't enough space for a semi.

Yeah, but with most of today's kiddie shows focusing on pop and "the cool scene".....I don't know.

I think the real question you should ask your self is what makes you happy and then from that list do what makes you happy.

sleeep, music, internet, vidja games, flip, videos, eat some things

lotsa thingss
but most of them might be conditional, depending on what type of the thing they are or the mood.

When i've had a bad day my good friend mary jane cheers me up nicely. If she's not about i'll have a session on the weights and work off the frustration.

Listen to music, play games... Sleep and when I wake up I'm happy.

I kill people in TF2 and pretend they are real.

I usually listen to music. I have a favorite song that I put on repeat for a while. Get online. I like history.

Video games or music. A nice book can work too.
