What do you do when you meet noobs in online games ?

Can't stand people who measure their worth by "fraggin teh n00bz"...

I tend to hunt down tall poppies and destroy them, before giving them a right tea-bagging - people come to the game to enjoy themselves, not to be taunted by some masturbatory, zitfaced 14 year old who rules at Halo, but knows his socail awkwardness and pizza face will result in him crying at night screaming, "WHEN, Lord, WHEN AM I GONNA KISS A GIRL!? WHENS GONNA BE MY TIME!!!"

So all in all, I don't even notice n00bs - let a player play!

Couldn't have said it better my friend! I was about to write a long post about how I'm sooo tired of these elitist jerks, but then I saw your post and decided to just quote it. ;) I'll just suffice my feelings by saying:

We all were "noobs" at one point (if you are using the same definition of "noob" as me lol), so there's no reason to mock them just because their "skills" aren't as "1337" as yours. In fact, I'm so fed up with this bull****, I'm actually quitting CS:S for an indefinite amount of time. Too many "Über-competitive" players play that game. I mean, why the hell do we even play games anymore? I used to think people played to have fun, but unfortunately, I think that's changing...

Noobs are scum, people who are new to the particular game are terrible vermin who I do not fraternise with. These subhumans are known as noobs and they are the pariahs of online gaming. I, however, was never a noob. I was playing games online before the Internet was even invented.I make sure to check out the stats of anybody in my game. If they have not been playing for long, then I hurl insults at them because they are lesser human beings. I laugh cruelly if noobs are my opponents, and grimace loudly if they are on my team. Also, the term noob has such power that if I dislike someone's actions in a game, you can say it to them as well. Obviously, displeasing myself is deadly enough to make them forget all their prior gaming experience and they actually revert back into children.

Depends on what sort of game it is. If it's a PC FPS, then it depends on which team they're on :P

If it's a console FPS, well, I suck at those (the controller just never feels as natural to me as KB/M), so I'll probably be at the same level as a "n00b", so I guess just try to beat them.

If it's an MMO, I help them out with basic things if they ask, unless we're in a PVP area, in which case I scavenge them for whatever menial l00t I can get.

i offer to shoot they're face (hence the user name) and no im not really nice to them ive called well over 50.000 people noobs (not kiddin) ive met the most noobs in cod2 and if you have played cod2 online then you know what im talking about
