What do you do when you're bored in a class or at work?

Since I'm a high school student without a job I'll have to go with school. When I'm bored in class I either sleep, play with random objects around me, or just talk to myself in my mind, and sometimes I draw anime or doodles :P.

Well, in law, we get handed a note pack, and the teacher puts pictures of the defendant (if possible) or a representation of the issue near the case facts. So yeah, shades and mustaches on the defendants from very important criminal cases regarding homicide.

Politics, there's usually jokes regarding Bob Dole and Richard Nixon every time the teacher brings it up. Futurama and Simpsons references.

History, it's never boring, ever.

Otherwise, I sit it out and stare at the clock.

play my nintendo ds or Dragonica on the pc

sometimes i doodle, sometimes i flick pieces of eraser or staples at people. but 90% of the time i space out and daydream. Shakespeare is soooo boring :roll:

My classes are generally laid back right now, since we're revising for exams in Januaryand doing past papers. When i feel i've done enough work i like to read my book or play my psp (the latter is probably more fun :)).

Nazi Germany sounded like an interesting topic at the start of the year, but the teacher made a poor effort. I dropped it after completing AS level.

At school: I text when I can, draw pictures.

At work: Watch videos and listen to music on my MP3.

unfortunately I tend to focus on things that I should feel guilty about, repetitively, or how I thinkI wronged people (Even if I didnt).

Thus the reason why I was chronically depressed during college lol.

In class, I either leave (if in a lecture) or scribble in my book. At work, all I do is talk when I get bored. It's hard to work to your best when you're working with your best friends :P

When I'm at school I just start day dreaming. One thought that comes up in my mind way too much is "How would everybody react if I just threw my pencil at the teachers head?" I play that scenario out in different ways until class is overBruin4ev3r1520

At home : tv, games, gamespot, text/call friends

This year sucks because I literally sit front and center in 5/6 of my classes :(

If I can, I hold my pencil and rest my hand against my face and dose off

I make sure that I make an apparent beat :P

If I'm bored during college classes, I look around and admire the eye candy present in the room.

Pass notes. I have no cell phone. I know, unnatural.

I usually go on my laptop. Sometimes a quick nap.

daydream, mess with my phone, and sleep.

Put my head down and take a nap. Or look around and try to find something interesting.
