The higher you are, the more benefits you get. But at your level, I'm not sure if you need anymore. It also gets your name around that "hey, this guy's good" and you become well-known.
Nothing at all. Levels suck now since they are based on spending your entire life doing all the crap here like blogging and stuff. Forum Rank should be based on your participation on the forums right? Not blogging...?

Nothing after level 10, but people with higher levels are more popular.
you get a false sense that users will actually read your posts and pay attention to you because you have a higher level and post count.NavigatorsGhost
They also pay people more attention if the have a cool signature and a unique avatar.
