i personally thinks its way to scrutanious (is that a word), and a little nitpicky, but then again w/o it things would be rediculous (i.e. gametrailer forums)
It's an imperfect endeavor undertaken by good intentioned people who are, nonetheless, never going to manage to be as perfect as the community at large desires. Ultimately, moderating is a subjective exercise. There are always going to be people who think that the mods are either being too strict or not strict enough.

Checking out some of the newer sites, started by ex members, they seem to only want the ability to use the f word every other sentence. The mods are needed and all in all do a good job, you'll get a moderation that you don't understand if you stick around long enough, but all in all it's fair and keeps the place in control.

Now, now. Just because it is a level 1 user talking about the mods doesn't mean FOR CERTAIN that it is an alternate account. It certainly points to that sort of possibility, but I try not to jump to conclusions.
