Personally I'll go with pens. In fact I think the last time I've used a pencil for school must have been several months ago, and even that time I didn't have a pen at hand. Anyway, you?
i prefer pencils because im not the neatest writer and if i need to erase something due to slopyness i can.i think mechanical pencils should be added tp the poll btw i wouldd vote for them
but I prefer pencils because I just like how they write. I like fountain pens, but unless there's a cusion (other papers under the one I'm writing on) then I don't like other pens.
When doing something like math or science, I go with the pencil, but when doing something like English, I go with the pen. The only thing I like about a pen over a pencil is that there's no need to get up and sharpen a pen at any time. I guess pencil epople can say "oh, but there are mechanical pencils that only need a press of a button" but for some reason, led just breaks on me too easily and I HAVE to use a regular old styled pencil...that's actually why I have a box of 32 in my backpack -_-
Pencils are annoying, you gotta sharpen them, but pens, are just *click* and write.
EDIT: Yes, you might say mechanical pencils are also *click* and write, but you gotta refil them, and they make your writing come out all sloppy, because if you push down on them too hard, the point just snaps.
I did use pens, but since I've been in college for engineering, we have to do all of our work in pencil (to erase a lot). I have just gotten used to it.
