What do you think about dating a woman older than you?

I dunno but Im really thinkin about askin this one girl at my workplace out. She is 25 while Im 18, but I swear she likes me. She says hello to me whenever I see her. And everytime we are just standin around, she comes up and has this short little chat about random stuff, but it usually has to do with work. I found her on Myspace and Facebook and her status said single, what do you guys think, should I try? Or do you think she is too mature for me? This woman is sexy as heck too man. She might have experience while Im still struggling to get laid. So what do guys think???

If you work with her, ask her out and she says no, that's going to make working with her awkward and may create tension while you two are together. Not cool.....it's something you should take into consideration. In that situation, I would definitely only make a move if you're very confident that she's going to say yes. But even then, any relationship that goes through hard times is going to affect your work environment. What if something happens down the road? Do you want to go into work everyday dealing with that? Is she your boss? Etc, etc, etc. If this is a job that you wish to keep, I'd personally stay far away.

If you are not concerned about that......well then I'd just open up more and more to her, see what commonalities you have, and take it from there. If she's continually coming up to you and starting conversations, that's a good indicator that she's interested. Grabbing a cup of coffee with her can't hurt, and is not even really a date, more like a "feel her out" half an hour get together.
