I believe his objective is to creat a people who are strong, not physically strong, but metally strong, those who would be a great asset for His future kingdom, i believe that we are all born the same but its the choices we make in life that decide if we are fit for his kingdom or not, those who aren't worthy, (murderers and other sinful people) won't have a part in His future kingdom, thus the lake of fire, they will jus simply not exist,
it is basically like this, there is a farmers field, and in the field, the farmer came and planted good plants, but in the night time, a malicious person came and planted weeds in the field of good plants, rather then diggin up the weeds and possibly harming the good plants, the farmer allows it all to grow, so when harvesting season comes, he will jus seperate the good plants from the bad plants, and if any good plants get caught up with the bad plants, they will also be tossed away with
So God is the farmer, the malicious person is the devil, and the field is earth, the plants represent good people, and weeds represent temptation and things of this earth
I am not sayin this is how God thinks, but this is what i believe
