I think her music is really soulful. She has given me hope for popular music yet.

That's a pitty. Not even one artist in that genre? Another really soulful artist I like is Meshell Ndegeocello.

I listen to so many different genres of music. I realize that some people only listen to a few bands, and bands that sound like those bands, but I don't understad why.
