I've seen pics in which she's a girl and others in which he's a guy. If I had to pick I'd probably go girl. Her music really isn't all that bad. As far as mainstream stuff goes.
I like her music a lot. That's all that really matters to me. Could care less if she's a he or has man parts or whatever. Music is catchy and I like it.
I think he music is catchy, but overall its pretty crappy. Also she looks creepy, i cant explain why she just creeps me out.

Definitely catchy, and I give her credit for making a lot of her music and being involved in it rather than just being a pretty face/voice like so many modern pop-stars. She makes simple, catchy, if somewhat generic electro-pop music. Nothing too awesome about it, but nothing terrible about it. As a person, she seems a ways eccentric and self-important, but she's got confidence in herself so I suppose I can't knock her for that. I give her credit for how she's handled all the ridiculous public accusations, too.

I'll settle it for you. She looks like a woman. She appears as one, she identifies as one. In the incredibly slim chance she's intersexed, she still identifies female and it's obvious she has an estrogen majority in terms of hormones in her body. I don't think there's a percentage above zero that she was born a fully functional male and transitioned, because for that to happen in the USA would be a huge landmark and is impossible due to the laws and restrictions in the country preventing early transition for young transsexuals. Besides, if she was a transsexual, she would have undergone SRS and that "mini-penis evidence video" people push around would simply be debunked, and because of the transition necessary to fix the biological condition that causes transsexualism, she would appear physically to be what she's always been mentally: female. So, in any of the above situations, it's clear she's a woman.
She actually makes some great pop music. I'm also in support of anyone who can shake up MTV a little bit like she does. Her VMA performance was great. So I guess you could call me a fan. More like a supporter.

A much worse route to take would be to either ignore them completely or have a huge outburst.
I think she's incredibly talented, and has amazing style. Whether or not she's a hermaphrodite, man, woman, whatever makes no difference to me. She's got more talent in her pinky finger then most of todays pop artists.
