What do you think of women with CONSTANT cleavage?

It's fine with me until they look with disgust when people stare. What do you expect people to do? I would go as far to applaud someone.

No...just like in most places a woman can't walk around flashing her breasts. Your comparison doesn't make sense. Although, I think that should be allowed.

Besides, the relationship between men and the breasts vary very much from the relationship women have with the penis Women don't seem to really obsess over the penis as an object, so a guy who is doing that is usually just trying to creep people out. A woman showing some cleavage is just doing us all a favor.

I'm not complaining about it, although I'm not really a cleavage person myself. :P

Sure it is (in terms of being appropriate), but it doesn't bother me one bit.

I've seen that show and I noticed that she bent down a lot. I don't mind if they do that, but I've teased some people for doing it to the extreme. (Extremely low shirt, pressing them together when asking for something.)

My main gripe with "constant cleavage" is the negative attention it garners from men - but that is a two-way street. It is also correlated with low self-esteem of women. I don't want to contribute to either if I can help it.

Well the fact that taking dumps in places like the streets is that it is illegal, it smells bad, it looks gross, and people can step in it. Cleavage is attractive to pretty much all of Europe and North and South America and it doesn't hurt anyone. Plus women have faces you can look at ;) . Point is, if you are going to watch what i assume is programing from another nation, you have to understand they have different cultural morals.
