There is this cooking show I watch, and the chef their is Giada De Luarintes. I swear every dam episode, the chef's cleavage are apparent, and yesterday I took a glimpse of her boobs when she bent to get something.

It's not similar at all... Men and women are different. She isn't topless, shes just has cleavage showing. You showing your build has the same reasoning behind her showing her breast. Furthermore, it has the same effect on women as cleavage has on men.
