Might be a DS, Wii or a really old way of referring to consoles as a whole. I recall people asking for a "nintendo" when really, they wanted a different gaming console, though, that was ages ago. Best to ask the kid, to be perfectly honest.
"Nintendo" is Japanese slang for a sexual act so grotesque and gruesome I would be banned for even saying any more about it here. :? Your dad should be concerned. VERY concerned.
